COLLABORATIONS

Students got a firsthand experience of Rocket Launching technology and a feel of the actual conditions inside a space shuttle. It indeed was an enjoyable learning experience. The students also participated in the youth exchange programme in USA.

A group of students visited Raproa College, Auckland, New Zealand to learn more about their educational & cultural practices .The students stayed in families and hence got a firsthand feel about the family structure, international values & culture.

The core learning element of this program is an academic simulation of the United Nations organized by the prestigious Harvard University. The main objective of this simulation is to expose the students to some of the pressing issues across the world and to the intricate challenges of being a world leader. This is a unique & creative simulation, popularly known as Model United Nations, in which the students are engaged in role-play with each of them being assigned the posts of diplomats & country representatives in the UN & its various organs. Students of the MGS participate in this unique program every year.

In addition to the academic activities, the students of MGS also participate in the Sports & cultural activities held internationally. Students have visited Nepal, Poland and Sweden to represent in sports like Tennis ball, Cricket, Fencing and Football. Students visited Japan for presenting a performance on Indian Classical Dance. They also participated in various International Festivals conducted in India to promote awareness about the Indian culture.

Meghe Group of Schools had organized an Educational tour to ‘Students Educational and Cultural Movement of Ladakh’ (SECMOL). The 5 day tour brought a ton load of experience for the students of School Of Scholars. Students of SOS got a chance to interact with Mr. Sonam Wangchuk, the founder of SECMOL. Such experience result in holistic development of the child. The parents appreciated the initiative.
